Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a mini muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller triangles.
  4. Press the dough pieces into the muffin cups, covering the bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each dough cup, followed by 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened for smooth blending. Check baking time at the 11-minute mark to avoid overbaking.
