Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1½ Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
- ¾ cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
- 4 or 5 large burrito tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing powder, cheddar cheese, 1 Tbsp of milk, chopped bacon, and cooked chicken in a bowl until everything is well combined. If the mixture seems too thick, add more milk as needed.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla up gently but tightly to ensure it holds together and maintains its shape.
- Refrigerate the rolls for about 30 minutes to firm up the cheese.
- Cut off the ends of the rolled tortillas and then slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
Notes
Best served cold or at room temperature. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to one month.
