Description

Delicious and easy snack or appetizer featuring creamy flavors and textures, perfect for parties or cozy nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1½ Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
  • ¾ cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
  • 4 or 5 large burrito tortillas (10-inch)


Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch dressing powder, cheddar cheese, 1 Tbsp of milk, chopped bacon, and cooked chicken in a bowl until everything is well combined. If the mixture seems too thick, add more milk as needed.
  2. Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortilla up gently but tightly to ensure it holds together and maintains its shape.
  4. Refrigerate the rolls for about 30 minutes to firm up the cheese.
  5. Cut off the ends of the rolled tortillas and then slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.

Notes

Best served cold or at room temperature. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to one month.
