Description

Crispy and creamy Crab Rangoon appetizers filled with a savory crab and cream cheese mixture, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 oz cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
  2. Lay out the wonton wrappers and place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each.
  3. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half, and press to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the rangoon in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping. Best enjoyed hot and fresh.
