Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Stir in cooked sausage and cheese.
  4. Gently fold in croissant pieces, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  5. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour in the croissant mixture, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
