Description

A fun and hearty way to start your day, combining classic breakfast ingredients into convenient bite-sized sliders.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and scramble in the skillet until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer cooked sausage, scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on and serve warm.
