Description
A high-protein, low-carb pizza crust made with cottage cheese, eggs, and mozzarella, perfect for a healthier alternative to traditional pizza dough.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- Blend the cottage cheese and eggs in a blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in the mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until combined.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet into a desired thickness (1/4 to 1/2 inch).
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Add toppings if desired and return to the oven for another 6–8 minutes until heated and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes, slice, and serve.
Notes
For a crispier base, preheat the baking sheet and use lightweight toppings. Allow the crust to rest before slicing for cleaner cuts.
