Description

A simple and nutritious cottage cheese egg bake packed with protein, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Basil to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend together the eggs, cottage cheese, garlic salt, pepper, oregano, and basil until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

Store leftover slices layered with paper towels in a baggie at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
