Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend together the eggs, cottage cheese, garlic salt, pepper, oregano, and basil until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
Store leftover slices layered with paper towels in a baggie at room temperature, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
