A breezy, crowd-pleasing twist that brings all the familiar flavors of a club sandwich into a single, toss-and-serve bowl.
Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked and diced chicken
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing over the mixture and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy at your summertime cookout!
Notes
Pasta works best when it is cooked al dente and completely cooled before mixing to prevent wilting the lettuce.
