Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup brown gravy (prepared or homemade)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with brown gravy poured over the top.
