Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheese for topping (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until they are softened and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring this mixture to a simmer.
  4. Once simmering, add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
