Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Cut the pastry into strips and twist each strip.
- Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the twists with beaten egg for a golden color.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and flaky.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Keep puff pastry cold before baking for a flakier texture. Use just enough flour to prevent sticking when rolling out the dough.
