Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Flour (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the pastry.
  5. Cut the pastry into strips and twist each strip.
  6. Place the twists on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the twists with beaten egg for a golden color.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden and flaky.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
