Description
A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and warm cinnamon rolls, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1–2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and flour. Add melted butter and stir until crumbly. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, mixing until well combined. Then, add sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon swirl on top. Pour the rest of the cheesecake filling and then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon swirl. Use a knife to swirl the mixtures together gently. Bake in a preheated oven for about 60-70 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then frost the top with cream cheese frosting. Dust with ground cinnamon before serving.
Notes
Chill the cheesecake well before serving for the best texture. You can also add chopped nuts for added crunch.
