Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (flank or sirloin)
  • 2 cups cilantro lime rice
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup creamy cilantro lime sauce
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in lime juice, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-cook the steak to desired doneness. Let it rest, then slice thinly against the grain.
