Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to help them hold their shape.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the vegetable oil, stirring until smooth and well combined.
- Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off, and then place them back on the parchment paper.
- Decorate with sprinkles or crushed Oreos while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, then serve and enjoy!
