Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)


Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. If using, fold in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until set.
