Description

Ingredients

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly blended.
  3. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  4. Slice tortillas into festive shapes and arrange on the baking sheet without overlapping.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crisp, rotating halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
