Ingredients
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of ground nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly blended.
- Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Slice tortillas into festive shapes and arrange on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crisp, rotating halfway through.
- Remove from oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
