Description

Delightful meatballs combining savory goodness with festive cranberry flavor, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce over medium heat until well mixed.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
