Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce over medium heat until well mixed.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
