A delightful blend of Italian meats, cheese, and fresh veggies, perfect for lunch or a casual dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 hoagie or Italian sub roll
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup chopped salami
- 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1/2 cup provolone, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup banana peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp Italian dressing
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- On a large cutting board, add all meats, cheese, veggies, and banana peppers.
- Drizzle with mayo and Italian dressing.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Chop everything together until well mixed and evenly coated.
- Slice open your hoagie roll and pack it FULL of the chopped mixture.
- Press gently to shape and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Add a drizzle of red wine vinegar and a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
