Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 2 cups raspberry filling or fresh raspberries
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate shavings or chips
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and let it cool. Cut into cubes.
- Layer half of the chocolate cake in the bottom of a trifle bowl.
- Add a layer of raspberry filling or fresh raspberries.
- Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the raspberries.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Repeat the layers, starting with the remaining chocolate cake, followed by raspberries, pudding, and ending with whipped cream.
- Top with chocolate shavings or chips.
- Chill the trifle in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. For the best flavor, use firm raspberries and allow the cake to cool completely.
