Ingredients
- 4 buttery croissants
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them evenly in the dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the croissant pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and chocolate chips, pressing down slightly to soak the croissants.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
