Ingredients

  • 4 buttery croissants
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Tear the croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them evenly in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the croissant pieces.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and chocolate chips, pressing down slightly to soak the croissants.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
