A creamy and flavorful ranch dressing that enhances salads, vegetables, or grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt (up to 1/2 tsp, to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, and pickle juice. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add fresh parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings based on your personal preference.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, give the dressing a good stir. If it thickens in the fridge, add a splash of buttermilk to loosen it.
