Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them in the butter and garlic.
- Slice the chicken and add it back to the skillet, mixing everything together.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese and garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy. You can add vegetables like spinach or peas for extra nutrients.
