Instructions
- Prepare the chicken tenders by cutting chicken breasts into strips and setting up a breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken strip in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Prepare fries by slicing potatoes and soaking in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat them dry.
- Heat oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken tenders in batches for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Fry fries for 3-4 minutes in the same oil until crispy and golden.
- Serve and enjoy with dipping sauces and fresh parsley garnish.
Notes
For extra crunch, try double-breading the chicken. You can also use sweet potatoes for a healthier fry option.
