Description

Delicious Chicken Street Tacos that are quick to make and perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • ¼ cup onion, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill chicken until cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Warm corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing grilled chicken in tortillas and topping with diced onion, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.

Notes

Marinate chicken overnight for deeper flavor. Can substitute shrimp or beef, and vary toppings as desired.
