  • 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 810 rice paper wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Prepare all fillings: shred chicken, slice mango, and cut vegetables. (10 minutes)
  2. In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sesame oil. (3 minutes)
  3. Lightly dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water until softened. (10 seconds each)
  4. Place chicken, mango, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro in the center. (2 minutes)
