Ingredients
- Lo Mein noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame oil (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Stir in the cooked Lo Mein noodles and add soy sauce and sesame oil (if using). Toss everything together to combine and heat through.
