Ingredients
- Chicken thighs or breasts
- Olive oil
- Onion
- Bell peppers

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until softened.

- Return the chicken to the skillet and season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
