Description

Delicious bite-sized chicken strips that are crispy and perfect for snacking or meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 cups Bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For extra crunch, double-coat the chicken strips. Optionally, marinate chicken for more flavor.
