Delicious bite-sized chicken strips that are crispy and perfect for snacking or meals.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast (cut into strips)
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into strips.
- In a bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crunch, double-coat the chicken strips. Optionally, marinate chicken for more flavor.
