Description

A delicious dish combining tender chicken with a creamy spinach sauce, perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh spinach and adjust seasoning to taste. Can be served with pasta, rice, or a salad.
