Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh spinach and adjust seasoning to taste. Can be served with pasta, rice, or a salad.
