Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken feet
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken feet thoroughly, removing any outer skin and nails.
  2. In a pot, combine chicken feet, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chicken broth.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30-40 minutes until chicken feet are tender.
  4. If desired, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry and stir into the sauce to thicken.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Clean chicken feet well for the best flavor. Adjust soy sauce and oyster sauce according to taste. For extra heat, consider adding chili oil or sliced chili peppers.
