Description

Crispy and savory Chicken Egg Rolls filled with chicken and vegetables, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface and place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the edges of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like sweet and sour, soy sauce, or sriracha. For leftovers, cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
