Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cooked broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle almond flour on top for a crunchy texture, followed by the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken for added flavor. Adjust seasoning based on personal preference since the mushroom soup is already seasoned.
