Description

A comforting chicken casserole featuring tender chicken breast, creamy mushroom soup, and fresh broccoli, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, cooked broccoli, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle almond flour on top for a crunchy texture, followed by the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken for added flavor. Adjust seasoning based on personal preference since the mushroom soup is already seasoned.
