Description

A quick and delicious low-carb casserole combining ground beef, cheese, and cream for a satisfying keto meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper until melted and smooth.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs with heavy cream.
  5. Spread beef mixture into a greased baking dish. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly and garnish if desired.
