Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Divide the filling among the tortillas, then top with spinach leaves and diced tomatoes; add parsley if desired.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, then cook seam-side down in a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is soft to make mixing easier. You can use any cooked chicken, like rotisserie or grilled chicken. Feel free to add other veggies, such as bell peppers or onions, if you like. Cooking them until golden brown gives a nice crunch to the wraps!
