Description

A quick and delicious sandwich made with juicy ground beef and gooey melted cheese, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 4 slices bread (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings (lettuce, tomato, pickles)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. While the beef is cooking, butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Once the beef is ready, place a slice of cheese on top and allow it to melt slightly.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the beef and cheese between two slices of bread, buttered side out.
  5. Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Slice and serve hot, with optional toppings as desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or bell peppers. Experiment with different types of cheese.
