Ingredients
- 1 pound Fresh strawberries
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, creating a hollow space in each one.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a mixing bowl.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract into the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and a dollop of whipped cream.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
