Description

A delightful Japanese-inspired dessert that’s as fun to make as it is to eat, featuring a creamy filling atop a crunchy graham cracker crust, decorated with fresh fruits.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups crushed graham crackers (for the base)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruits (like strawberries and kiwi) for decoration
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
  2. Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a medium bowl until it resembles wet sand. Press it into the bottom of the prepared cake pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until it forms soft peaks.
  5. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Decorate the top with fresh fruits in a creative pattern.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use quality ingredients for better flavor and feel free to customize the filling and decoration with different flavors and fruits.
