Ingredients

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- Mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a medium bowl until it resembles wet sand. Press it into the bottom of the prepared cake pan.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until it forms soft peaks.
- Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
