Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)


Instructions
