Description

A delicious dessert that combines fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and sweet caramel.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in the sour cream.
  4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Do not skip chilling the cheesecake.
