A delicious dessert that combines fudgy brownies, creamy cheesecake, and sweet caramel.
Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Fold in the sour cream.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. Do not skip chilling the cheesecake.
