Ingredients

  • Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • Rigatoni pasta
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Cream
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in cream and stir until combined. Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat well.
  5. Stir in the cooked steak tips and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
