Ingredients
- 1 pound Chicken Breasts
- 8 ounces Rotini Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked rotini, sliced chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is coated in the creamy sauce and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the Cajun seasoning for a few hours. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
