Description

Quick and nutritious butterscotch protein balls, perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, microwaved for 30 seconds
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 60 minutes until firm.
  3. Shape the mixture into small, compact balls using your hands.
  4. Place finished balls on parchment paper to avoid sticking.
  5. Store in an airtight container or ziplock bag in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

For easier mixing, microwave the peanut butter. Customize sweetness and texture by adjusting honey or butterscotch chips and adding nuts or dried fruits.
