Ingredients
2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Chop tomatoes and drain excess juice if watery.
2. Stack and slice basil leaves into thin ribbons.
3. Combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
4. Stir gently to avoid overmixing.
5. Let rest for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
