Ingredients
- 1 6.5 oz Alouette Cheese with herbs (or other soft cheese spread like Boursin)
- ½ cup tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction
- Pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette
Instructions
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch around the edge empty.
- Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
- Top with fresh basil.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the entire plate.
- Serve with your choice of pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette.
