Description

A creamy, zesty dip perfect for gatherings, featuring cream cheese, sour cream, and Rotel tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • 2 green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar, pepper jack, and the drained Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Add in the green onions and fresh herbs, mixing gently.
  5. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
