Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the blueberries with a fork, leaving a few whole for texture.
  3. Gently swirl the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to over-mix.
  4. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a lined baking sheet, creating small bite-sized portions.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until the yogurt bites are completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and transfer them into an airtight container for storage.
