Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, mash the blueberries with a fork, leaving a few whole for texture.
- Gently swirl the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to over-mix.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or onto a lined baking sheet, creating small bite-sized portions.
- Freeze for at least 120 minutes, or until the yogurt bites are completely solid.
- Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and transfer them into an airtight container for storage.
