Description

A delightful snack or appetizer made with ground pork and cheddar cheese, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick pancake mix
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup water (optional, for consistency)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick pancake mix, ground pork, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined; add water if the mixture is too dry.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.
