Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Melt unsalted butter and Biscoff cookie butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
- Add brown sugar to the mixture and whisk until combined.
- Whisk in the eggs until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut into squares and serve.
