Description

Biscoff Blondies are delicious treats combining Biscoff cookie butter and white chocolate chips for a chewy, sweet dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt unsalted butter and Biscoff cookie butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add brown sugar to the mixture and whisk until combined.
  5. Whisk in the eggs until fully incorporated.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  8. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  9. Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  10. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
