Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the thawed hashbrowns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

Notes
For added crunch, sprinkle crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs on top before baking. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes after baking for easier serving.
