Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1 medium Minced Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, minced onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients: ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).
  6. Allow the meatloaf to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
